I'm a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor specializing in Pilates and barre. When I arrived in Madrid, I was excited to see that the health and fitness scene had evolved significantly since my previous stint in Spain. But still there were no group classes that gave me the sweat, burn and rush of the classes I'd experienced in Los Angeles, where I received my training. 

I decided that it was time for a change. Madrid is a rapidly-changing, exciting, brilliant, cosmopolitan city, and  there's no reason why it shouldn't have just as much hustle in its fitness classes as anywhere else. 

Three years ago, I created Fresh to Death Fitness  to bring that hustle, sass  and sweat. In any Fresh to Death barre or Pilates class or personal training session, you can expect to  shake, burn and break  physical and mental barriers beyond expectation. Not only will you walk out with one of the highest, tightest asses in Madrid, you'll also feel like a total boss.

And, for when you're looking to put a little extra hustle in your game or reach specific fitness goals, Fresh to Death® personal training will help you get there. No two sessions are alike with careful consideration given to each client's current fitness level, fitness goals, and exercise preferences when designing a training plan. Personal training plans can consist of weighted resistance training, bodyweight functional training, and cardio/HIIT, as well as Pilates and barre. 

I'm particularly passionate about helping women find their perfect training plan. After hearing so many of my clients complain about the style of workouts they were assigned by their previously male personal trainers, I've developed a style of training that is unique in its approach to helping women tone up, build lean muscle, and lose  stubborn fat. I specialize in cycle syncing, a method that adapts the style of training and intensity based on the cyclical nature of women's hormones.  I've personally found this style of training highly effective for boosting energy levels and minimizing hormonal fat deposits when diet and exercise alone are not enough.
